We’ve just released the next minor version for IntelliJ IDEA – 2024.2.3.
You can update to this version from inside the IDE, via the Toolbox App, or by using snaps for Ubuntu. You can also download it from our website.
Here are the most notable updates:
- Remote tools, added via the Tools settings, are once again visible on IDE restart. [IJPL-161201]
- JSON Schema Mappings in Settings now load as expected. [IJPL-160634]
- The IDE with the Python plugin installed once again works as expected for remote interpreter users on Windows. [PY-76055]
- Schema validation for Kubernetes-like files works as expected. [IJPL-63687]
- Settings Sync again works as expected. [IJPL-13080]
- Files and folders with accented characters are again visible in the Project view on macOS. [IJPL-162082]
- The inspection pop-up size for Terraform files has been optimized. [IJPL-65966]
- The new native launcher on Windows no longer adds missing library dependencies. [IJPL-160489]
- The HTTP Client once again evaluates Authorization tokens when iterating through a variable collection. [IJPL-162077]
- Navigation between Terraform HCL and HCL2 variables now works as expected. [IJPL-65256]
